Why The Administration's Economic Stimulus Package Can't Work... and why no one rally cares!

First of all, our government is broke. This administration has squandered the largest surplus in our nation's history and then spent another Trillion dollars we don't have. Now this administration plans to give every taxpayer $600 + or -, in hopes they will spend it quickly and give the dying economy a breath of life (CPR). So Congress is going to spend another $165 Billion we don't have.

Here's the conundrum. Because we don't have the money, Congress will borrow it from China and will have to pay it back with interest. That means we the taxpayers will actually have to pay back more than we're getting, in other words we're going further in debt by accepting some of our own money back in the form of a rebate!

To make matters worse, unless you work for a drug, oil, healthcare, or defense related industry, your income has remained static while inflation has eaten away at your purchasing power for nearly a decade. The only place the average citizen can afford to shop today is Walmart because all the jobs have been shipped overseas and illegal immigrants are being encouraged to sneak into the country to create a cheap labor force and hold down wages for the entire working class.

So let's recap. The government is giving you back some of your own money. But they already spent yours, so they'll borrow money from China and pretend it's really yours. (Don't worry you'll pay it back later.) The average taxpayer will spend 80% of it within two weeks on household products of which more than 77% are manufactured in China. The communist government of China makes money (interest) on the of the loan.

So China makes money on the loan, Chinese businesses export more products to the US, more Chinese people are put to work making those products. The US government and the US taxpayer go further into debt and a communist government makes money by out maneuvering our experienced capitalists in Washington. Sound about right?

Oh, the reason no one cares if the plan works... the average middle class taxpayer is so damned happy to see any fraction of his hard earned money back they don't care if the program is a success. They're thinking, "Wow maybe I can fill up the car twice when that check comes."
